Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Refunds

GroupsWatcher offers a 7-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee for the Pro plan only. If you are not satisfied with our Service and you are on the Pro plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting support@groupswatcher.com. Privacy and Use of Your Information

We never share your data or anything about you with anyone. Your information is not sold or provided to third parties for their marketing or other purposes.

We use your email address to follow up on your account, ask questions about your plan, request feedback, and send marketing emails (e.g. product updates and offers). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We use your phone number for the same kinds of communications (e.g. follow-up, questions about your plan, feedback, and relevant updates). We do not call you without notice: we only send text messages, and we give notice before any call. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from GroupsWatcher without having been told in advance that we would call, treat it as a scam and do not share any information.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to abuse any systems, to conduct or facilitate illegal activity, or to harm anyone. You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Abuses, overloads, or disrupts our systems, Facebook, or any third party systems
• Harasses, defames, threatens, or harms others
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
• Is fraudulent or intended to deceive

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in unacceptable use.

Lifetime Access

Our "Lifetime" subscription provides access to the Service for as long as GroupsWatcher exists and maintains the Service. If GroupsWatcher or the Service is acquired by another company, discontinues operation, or significantly changes its business model, your "Lifetime" access may be affected.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Attempts to hack or compromise the Service
• Abuse of the Service, including excessive usage that disrupts service for other users
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Any illegal activities conducted through our Service

If we detect any abuse as outlined above, we may terminate your subscription and issue a refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GroupsWatcher, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
